Wail Abolkhair

On March 3, 2024, Wail S. Abolkhair assumed the Director role of Management and Professional Development Department for Saudi Aramco.

Wail has 22 years of experience with Saudi Aramco and held several leadership positions with the company prior to his current role which includes:

• Director of Planning and Performance Management Department, supporting Human Resources and Corporate Services business line.
  
  
• Director of Academic Programs and Partnerships Department, with the mission to develop a competent professional workforce for the company.
  
  
• Director of Medical Services Management, ensuring quality of health services offered to Aramco employees and their dependents.
  
  
• Director of Local Workforce and Development Department, supporting the national workforce development. 
  
  
• Director of Learning Solution and Services Department, enabling the corporate learning delivery with the needed services and the right learning technology.
  
  
• Administrator of Program Development and Evaluation Division, overseeing the development and evaluation of Academic and Job Skill curriculum targeting the company Industrial workforce. 
  
  
• Wail also served as a consultant to the president of King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals and played critical roles in progressing the university transformation agenda.
  
  
• Also, Wail assumed several leadership roles in Safety and Industrial Security for Saudi Aramco, supporting critical security projects such as 911 and also overseeing security operations at Western Region as well as Ras Tanura.
