Turki Al Daghrer

Turki Al Daghrer has 20+ years of experience, 16 of which were at Saudi Aramco, covering different areas in training, IT, human resource management, and development.
In 2009, he led the Talent Management Project to revamp Saudi Aramco’s Talent Management processes for all employees. In July 2011, Turki started the Global Assignment to lead global mobility and HRD efforts as T&D Manager at Aramco Asia.
The function provided training and development services to Aramco Asia offices in China, Japan, and Korea. In August 2015, he was appointed as division head of the Industrial Training Partnership Division, where he led collaboration initiatives for industrial and technical training, targeting 20K+ trainees per year.
In November 2017, Turki joined the Ministry of Finance and held several positions including assistant deputy minister for HR and currently is Strategy and Business Intelligence Advisor. His role focuses on Human Capital initiatives, including public policies, organizational development, capacity building, and other initiatives within the Vision Realization Program mandate for the Ministry of Finance. He is currently a board member of the Institute of Public Administration and represents MOF as a voting member in Central HRrelated committees.
