Tamim Alkhalifah

Tamim Alkhalifah is a seasoned Human Capital leader currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies (AWPT). He brings over 16 years of experience in crafting and executing organizational development strategies that align with business objectives.

Tamim is adept at collaborating with senior leadership to develop HR solutions that attract, nurture, and retain top-tier talent. He is a strong advocate for building high-performance teams, fostering a culture of high expectations and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Prior to his current role, Tamim served as the Human Resources General Manager for the Ministry of Health’s Shared Services Company Establishment Project and the Human Capital General Manager at the National Water Company (NWC). His experience spans various facets of HR, including organizational design, workforce planning, HR policy development, change management, compensation and benefits design, performance management, and employee development.

Tamim holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Seattle University and a Bachelor’s degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Menirals in Management Information Systems.
