Eng. Saad AlQahtani is a visionary technology and digital transformation leader with over 25 years of executive experience across public and private sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from King Saud University and multiple executive certifications in leadership, business, and digital strategy.
As the Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation and IT at the Ministry of Investment, he drives the ministry’s innovation and digital agenda, advancing smart, data-driven, and investor-focused services in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Previously, he served as Assistant Deputy Minister for Digital Technologies at the Ministry of Health and held senior leadership roles at AlFuttaim Group, AlBawani Holding, and Elm Company.
Recognized by the Digital Government Authority as a Digital Transformation Leader, Eng. AlQahtani is known for his strategic foresight, collaborative leadership, and commitment to shaping a sustainable, technology-driven future for the Kingdom.
