Eng. Rayan Alzoreki Deputy Secretary General, National Council for Occupational Safety & Health (NCOSH). Vice Chair, GOSH7 Organizing Committee. Member of the Executive Committee of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (non-profit organization). Honorary Advisory Board Member – 9th HR Tech Saudi Summit (Nov 2025). Currently enrolled in the Berkeley Executive Program for CEOs (Class of 2025). Rayan Alzoreki is an accomplished executive leader with over 15 years of experience in occupational health and safety, organizational development, and public sector transformation. He holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment from the University of Birmingham. At NCOSH, he oversees Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and IT, driving institutional performance and aligning internal functions with national strategies. He has led national initiatives including the launch of Saudi Arabia’s OSH Framework and the digital platform for reporting workplace incidents. Rayan has also completed executive education from Harvard and MIT, with a focus on innovation, digital transformation, and leadership in government.
