Omar Al Juraifani

Omar Al Jurafini is a seasoned business leader from Saudi Arabia with over 20 yeas of diverse experience in business development, strategic leadership, and asset management across multiple sectors. He currently serves as the CEO and a member of the Executive Committee at Mueen HR Company, where, since 2020, he has successfully led a major turnaround resulting in 150% growth. His strategic vision and operational expertise have been instrumental in driving sustainable growth and creating long-term value.

Before his current role, Omar founded Esad-Manpower Services, one of the largest manpower companies in Saudi Arabia, building it entirely from the ground up. He later established Maasadr HR, again developing the company from scratch. His entrepreneurial journey has honed his ability to conceptualize, develop, and manage complex projects across a range of industries.

Omar’s active participation in industry committees and investment forums has enabled him to forge strong relationships with business leaders and investors. These connections reinforce his commitment to governance excellence, sustainable growth, and innovative asset management.

He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and is a certified Board Director through BDI-GCC. Additionally, he has completed executive programs at INSEAD focused on disruptive leadership and digital strategy, equipping him with forward-thinking approaches to asset and portfolio management.
