Nabil has a proven track record in driving strategic HR initiatives that align with corporate goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

As a board member and advisory committee member for several prominent organizations, including the Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development initiatives, Nabil has significantly contributed to the Saudi labor market and leadership development.
