Currently, she serves as the Group Chief Human Capital Officer at Petromin Corporation, where she leads initiatives in people and culture for over 6,000 employees across 40+ countries.Her notable achievements include being awarded Best Woman HR Leader in Talent Management – Automotive at the Women’s Tabloid Awards 2024.

Kanari has successfully established integrated HR systems and directed talent development programs, focusing on women empowerment and early talent initiatives within Saudi Arabia.Her career spans prestigious organizations such as PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, and Schneider Electric, alongside a diplomatic role with the OPEC Fund for International Development. Kanari is passionate about driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, leveraging her extensive knowledge in talent management and leadership capacity building across various sectors in the GCC region and Europe.
