Amro Talal is the People, Culture, and Environment Director at TAMER Healthcare, specializing in HR, Strategy, and Organizational Design. With over 15 years of experience, he has implemented significant changes across various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.

At TAMER, Amro established the first Logistics Academy in the region, enhancing training programs and increasing trainee numbers from 250 to 1,000 within two years. He also played a crucial role in the company’s HRMS implementation and developed a comprehensive Professional Development Plan for employees.

Amro’s strategic initiatives have led to TAMER being recognized as one of the top three companies in the Great Place to Work competition. His expertise extends to designing training programs and managing internal mobility initiatives, contributing to a remarkable reduction in employee turnover to just 3% annually.
