Currently serving as the General Manager of Skills Planning at Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Ahmed leads transformative initiatives such as the National Skill Strategy and programs to stimulate private-sector training. His leadership includes managing policy research collaborations with the World Bank, overseeing surveys on skills demand and supply, and spearheading the development of National Occupational Standards and national skills framework.
