Eng. Abdulaziz Alshehri is a leader in human resources, shared services, and organizational transformation, holding a Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering from KFUPM and a Master’s in Human Resources from the New York Institute of Technology.
He serves as Vice President of Human Capital and Shared Services at ESNAD, having previously held roles such as Minister adviser, Deputy Minister, and Chief Human Resources Officer at several leading organizations.
He has worked with local and international organizations. Abdulaziz is also an NRC member for several organizations and a recognized speaker on strategic HR topics, earning accolades like Middle East Top Talent Leader.
He has further enhanced his expertise with certifications in Board Directorship, CIBD Level 7, and various courses from institutions like Harvard, IMD, CCL and INSEAD
