Abdulaziz Alshehri is a highly accomplished leader in human resources and organizational transformation, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from KFUPM and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the New York Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors. He has further honed his expertise through certifications in Board Directorship, CIBD Level 7, and multiple courses in strategy, HR, finance, and leadership from prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School, INSEAD, IMD, KFUPM, AXA University, P&G, and Daimler. Throughout his career, Abdulaziz has held pivotal roles in various organizations. He currently serves as the Vice President of Human Capital at Saudi mining services company, ESNAD. Previously, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tabadul and held senior positions such as Deputy Minister and CHRO at the Ministry of Economy and Planning.
Abdulaziz also served as Adviser to the Minister and Transformational Leader at the General Sports Authority (GSA), Regional Human Resources Director for MSD, and Country Human Resources Leader at AXA, where he also served as NRC Secretary. Additionally, he has held HR leadership roles at Daimler Germany and Alturki Group, as well as P&G.
Abdulaziz also serves as an NRC member in several organizations, including the Saudi Information Technology Company (SITE) and the Saudi Motor Federation. His contributions have earned him numerous awards, including recognition as Middle East Top Talent and Future Leader, along with several performance awards. He is a sought-after keynote speaker, sharing insights on strategic topics at regional and local events.
