Stephen McIntosh

Stephen McIntosh has enjoyed an international career working in Human Resources in world-class multi-national companies. He has served in HR management roles at Johnson & Johnson, Cisco Systems, and Kraft Foods. He later branched into leading organization effectiveness for the Americas Region of Shell Oil Company, followed by joining Microsoft Corporation as the People & Organization Capability Leader for Canada. Stephen was recruited by Aramco and became the Head of Talent Management, leading succession planning and high potentials globally. He also served as Head of HR for Industrial Services and later Corporate & Public Affairs. Recently Stephen joined the Board of Directors for the American Mission Hospital in Bahrain.
