The world's largest oil producer is pushing ahead with its ambitious vision 2030 despite the lower oil prices, aiming at economic diversification plan for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in order to stop relying on the oil economy. Based on this vision and in this era of digital innovation, technology has become increasingly important for Saudi organizations business connectivity and employee performance.
As HR has moved beyond its role and transformed itself into an organizational change agent, the HR leaders in Saudi Arabia are looking to leverage the latest developments in technology to increase their organization's efficiency and productivity. Keeping this in mind, in 2015, we initiated the HR Tech MENA Summit in Dubai as the only platform that focuses on HR Technology in the Middle East region.
Based on the overwhelming response and feedback from the top Saudi HR and IT leaders attending the HR Tech MENA Summit last three years, we initiated the HR Tech Saudi summit in 2017 - a dedicated HR Technology platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to discuss the important digital workplace issues faced by Saudi organizations.
With the 2017 edition being a tremendous success, we move on to the second annual HR Tech Saudi Summit that will host top HR and IT professionals from across Saudi Arabia along with leading technology solution providers from around the world under one roof for a period of two days. The Summit will serve as the perfect platform to learn about latest technology trends, innovations and disruptive ideas in HR Technology and also to meet and connect with industry experts, influencers and top leaders who are driving the digital transformation revolution in the Kingdom.
